Please ensure that equipment sent to ASTi for repair does not contain any information that is not allowed to leave your facility. Further, please remove any stickers, labels or markings that are not relevant to ASTi's evaluation and repair procedures.
Please request one (1) RMA for multiple units, including different types of hardware.
ASTi will not be responsible for any damage to equipment shipped via DHL. ASTi ships via Federal Express.
